What should I wear to class?

Wear comfortable clothes that don't restrict your movement - standard fitness attire such as tights or loose shorts and a comfortable top is ideal. Don't feel restricted by that suggestion, though - you can wear anything you like as long as you feel comfortable and unrestricted in your movement.

We don't wear shoes in yoga, and we recommend no socks during standing postures too, to allow your feet to really connect with the ground underneath you. You can leave your shoes just inside the front door when you arrive.
