How do I cancel a class I've booked?

If you can't come along to a class anymore we really appreciate you cancelling as early as possible. This way, we won't be waiting for you, and someone else can take your place.

Cancel via the Momence app

Navigate to the class on the schedule and tap Cancel this booking


Cancel via the Momence website

  • Navigate to www.momence.com and log in
  • Once you've logged in, you should immediately see a list of your upcoming classes. If not, click My classes at the top left
  • Click the three dots next to the class you want to cancel
  • Click Cancel yourself

We have a two-hour cancellation window for in-person classes, with a late cancellation/no-show policy in place. Zoom classes do not have a cancellation window.

In-person bookings cancelled outside of the cancellation window are credited to your account to reuse. Bookings cancelled within the two hour cancellation window are considered late cancellations and are forfeited.

If you're on an intro offer or unlimited membership, there is a fee of $20 if you late cancel or no-show two classes in any two week period.

We appreciate your attention to cancelling early if you can no longer attend your class, so our busy studio can run smoothly and ensure no one misses out ❤️
