Do you offer chanting and meditation?
For chanting fans, we offer a monthly event (alternating between Kirtan and Om Chanting) that you can join. This is listed on our courses, workshops and events page as well as our booking system.
We often include mindfulness and dedicated meditation time in our usual weekly classes.
Friday Unwind, in particular, offers a lengthy guided meditation or Yoga Nidra in the second half of every class. Join us every Friday at 5:30pm!
