Can I put my membership on hold?
Yes! As per the terms and conditions of our auto-renewing memberships, you can freeze for a minimum of two weeks at a time. We allow a maximum of three months total per calendar year.
If it's important to keep your payment on the same day each fortnight, then we recommend your freeze dates line up with your payment dates.
If you don't mind your payment day changing, you can choose any dates at all - the booking system will push back your next payment to ensure you only pay for the days that your membership was active.
Request your freeze in writing to hello@stonesthrowyoga.com.au with three business days notice, so we have time to action your request for the dates you've asked for. Freezes must be requested in advance - retrospective freezes for weeks you didn't attend can't be applied.
Note that 10-class passes can't be frozen - their expiry date is set at six months from purchase.
