What happens if my membership payment fails?

Payments are debited from your nominated card or bank account fortnightly.

If your payment fails, you'll receive an email letting you know.

You can visit your profile via either the Momence app or website to update your card details (if needed). The system will retry automatically every two days.

After four failed attempts in total, you will be prevented from booking classes until the outstanding payment has been made, and a $5 admin fee will be added to your account. There are no discounts or refunds for days you are unable to book into classes due to failed payments.

If money is tight, we want to work with you and ensure you can still experience the benefits of mindfulness, movement and community.
