I'm new to yoga - help!
We're so excited you're keen to give yoga a try! There are so many physical and mental benefits to a regular yoga practice, and we can't wait to share it with you.
Firstly, we're very beginner friendly, and most of our classes are suitable for beginners and advanced yoga practitioners alike.

Start with our Introductory Offer, which is 21 days of unlimited yoga classes. This gives you the chance to try our various class styles and teachers (who all have their own vibe) at a deep discount.
Your 21 days start from the first class you attend (make sure you cancel with at least two hours notice if you can no longer attend - as there are fees associated with late cancellations). You can sign up here.
